A Knight of the Temple

Scott's research into the Knights Templar isn't just academic. In recognition of his groundbreaking work uncovering the order's history in North America, Scott was knighted into the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem (SMOTJ). He is also a 32nd Degree Freemason, giving him unique insight into the rituals and symbols he investigates.
